New daypack

For some time now i’ve been looking for it but it finally arrived at the local outdoor shop, theÂ TNF Surge. Despite liking (still) the old Recon as a perfect bag which for years accompanies me on my daily travels to the customer it began wearing down. The new Recon2 was no real ‘replacer’ as i didn’t like the looks and features, the Surge however is. As pictures do much more than talking, tag along 🙂

$Rear view of the Surge. The padded back, shoulder and breast+waist straps and ofcourse the logo. Altough there is a phone holder in the front compartment the infamous phone pocket is still in the right (viewers left) shoulder strap right below the breast straps. Its tiny tough and but i could fit a \'standard\' phone in there (nokia 6xxx series). The top of the back is a bit \'hard\' especially if your <1m70 in height (it presses against your neck), but that might just be personal (im over 1m80, so no problem).$

$Bottom of the Surge, with logo and small (resizeable) compartment. The straps on the real bottom of the pack allow you to resize the \'depth\' of the bag but also the amount of space in this \'almost hidden\' compartment.$

$Front of the daypack, room for audio, phone, pencils and all other stuff you\'d like.$

$Specialized laptop compartment, the laptop is carried right \'at your back\' with padding on all sides, direct access to your notebook without hassling other stuff. Clever solution!$
