Sea-scouts Whit-camp

2523Every year sea-scouts from the region Drie Rivieren (three rivers) travel to the ‘Isle of Maurik’ for a weekend of sportivity and comfort. The sea-scouts are combined to Admiraliteit12 (admirality 12), both the region and admirality are formed by groups in the center of the Netherlands (the former name of the Admirality is ‘Neerlands Midden’ (lowlands central)). Despite the fact that we had to move the camp a little more to the corner of the isle there was nothing hanging over us. Literally as there wasn’t anyone remembering a nicer Whit in years.

The games went, despite the early Whit, splendit. Partially because of the wetter but mostly because the anticipation by the contestents.
