2566Recently bought a new backpack (see image, or manufacturor link), dispite my daily comfort in the Surge (TNF, see previous post) it wasn’t a mountaineers pack as the old Recon (1). After some thorough searching the Berghaus seemed to fit perfectly. Besides the fact that it doesn’t have the ‘topbag’-straps to vary the load if feels nice and fits thightly to my back. The raincover is a nice extra and the topbag has enough place to stash a camera. The waterbag can be put in nicely and the mouthpeace is where you expect is. All that it needs now is a nice journey to really test it out, if not we should be heading to the Alpes soon!
