As a company Snow B.V. likes to take care of here employees. They regularly analyze various things to see what can be improved. One of those things was a number of employees wanting to feel more consent, feel good and/or be more active (and might also like to loose some ‘handles’).
Positively received during the announcement at the x-mas dinner the program, “Snow Vitaal”, started last month and we couldn’t wait to join! Equipped with a step counter and scale that automagically transfer their data we are improving ourselves. Even more than before we carefully look at what we do and don’t accept in terms of food. Additionally my new assignment is within bicycle-range and I’m also not required to have a car to ‘jump into when needed elsewhere’! A number of co-workers won’t let the weather take the most of them and go round-about almost every day, that ‘ll put the counter to work 🙂
All in all it’s about changing patterns, which can be challenging, but with our consultancy background we are used to that. Every assignment has it’s own (good!) challenges and therefore ensures your adaptability level keeps up. Marianne supports me (and the other participants) by joining in and also the both of us got selected for the endurance program where we’ll get the intense coaching.
Up to now (1.5 week into the program) it’s very much fun! And the gadgets, books and methods just keep improving it. ‘ll kep you posted!
