So, X-Mas dinner version 2.0.11 is completed 🙂 I’ve upgradend my blog to also contain recepis now, unfortunately for the English readers they are all in Dutch though. On special request the recipes are the full ones, but just to give you an insight of what we munched away (no, not everything gone, lots left). As English readers won’t be click on the recipes probably the ‘read more’ link contains some additional pictures of our meal!
- Appetizer; Escargots avec Fromage
- Spoon; 2 teaspoons of mascarpone-icecream
- Appetizer; Thai Tomato-soup
- Entree; Beef Wellington with Haricots-Verts/Peas en Potatoes-and-bacon
- Dessert; Chococake
All in all a wonderfull and tasty combination and getting comfy was very much needed, both our visitors and ourselves can enjoy it once more because (mainly) the Beef and the cake was more than enough for 8 🙂
